On February 2020, Raiko Transilvania succesfully closed second emissions of its shares having raised 1,89 mln lei from 40 investors amid a significant oversubscription. Tax & Capital Advisors SRL, owned by Tomasz Kurcin, and Katarzyna Wieszczek-Kurcin, has 35,04% of the company, Tomasz Kurcin has 18,21% of the company, so Tomasz Kurcin through Tax & Capital Advisors SRL, control 53,25% of the company.
