Solar tiles

Solar tiles are small modules that can be attached to or replaced with existing shingles. The finished look is much more natural than traditional solar panels as the tiles blend seamlessly with the roof. Solar tiles can be made of thin-film photovoltaic cells or classic monocrystalline solar cells.

Their price was once much higher, but solar roof tiles are becoming more and more competitively priced and popular. From a premium product, for those who wanted a traditional roofline, they are becoming a common alternative to “screw-on” solar panels.
